US Technical Ceramic, Inc. is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Morgan Hill, CA

Office Assistant

Looking for a driven candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting both human resource functions, and accounts payables/receivables and payroll preparations.

Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and human resources department.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Assist with reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.
  • Assists with HR projects.
  • Assists with orientation of new employees.
  • Assists in maintaining current personnel file for HR and payroll purposes.
  • Performs other necessary functions as assigned by the administration.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry
  • Familiarity with financial services industry practices and regulations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Ability to analyze financial information and prepare reports
  • Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
